Good evening everyone, Are ya all ready for the weekend.. WOW what an awesome week this has been!! First off I won the top 3 at Send a Smile 4 kids Challenge and a GDT spot.

I'm really looking forward to that!!

Then I won last weeks Challenge at Saturated Canary not only did I win two awesome images ( that I absolutely adore) but I also won The Zutter Machine!!! OH MY GOSH how cool is that..

I cant wait to make some little books for the grand kids..

I have used the Hippie Girl image on my card. As always
I have colored with prisma pencils. Added a few prima flowers, mini roses,and a little charm.

I got up early, had some coffee and decided I was going to go back to bed.. Three hours later I got up but never did get out of my PJ's. Just been chillin all day..

I thought Id share a few cards that I did last week but never got them on here till now. I did show this first one on Saturated Canary's FB page.

I used Suzie Stockings and colored her with prisma pencils.

A few week ago it was brought to my attention that a artist (Who Name I will not mention) is copying the designs and ideas and even the names of one of my favorite artists images.

Krista Smith from Saturated Canary

Who is one of the most genuine and talented artist I know.

Anyways I cant believe someone would stoop that low!! Then claim them as her own.

And then sell them and try to profit from them!!

You should be ashamed of your self.. I say this as I see you are following my blog, And hope you are reading this!! I would delete you if I knew how. As I do not want any thing to do

with some one this dishonest!!

Please everyone don't be fooled by copycats!! Buy the real deal!!

Two Little Love Birds

Hello all, How are all of you doing?? I do hope you and yours are well.. Its a beautiful day here today the sky's are blue and the sun shining bright.. Yeah!!! I love days like this..
Ive been trying to get all my Valentines made and I think I'm getting there.. Today I have used a darling little Wee Image.. Its called Bird Swing. I think these little love birds are so adorable..

As always I have colored with prisma pencils. I was pretty excited today when the mail lady brought my package with two new Memory Box die cuts. I have used the heart one on this card, along with a MS border punch. Mini roses, prima flower, spacer, pearl hearts, and a heart charm.

Its Winter Here

Morning everyone.. Hope all is well with you and yours. Its another cooled day here in Idaho. And we have finally been getting some snow.. As a matter a fact its snowing again right now..

With that being said I decided to do a few winter cards..

I pulled out a few stamps last night, to play with. Ya know it kind of funny with all the digis out there

that I get. I forget what stamps I have.

WOW!! What a surprise when I see them again..LOL..

Morning everyone, Hope your all doing well.. My dear hubby's Birthday is this Saturday. He will be a whole year older than me for a whooping 2 weeks. So I always have to rub it in.

Anyways I was wondering what image I could use for his card, and then while blog hopping last week I ran across this darling little image on my dear friend Patty's blog. And thought it would be perfect for his card..And even better I already had the little cutie..

Hi, Everyone, hope your all well and enjoying your day.. Ive just been setting here curled up in a warm blanket, drinking coffee, coloring and trying to stay warm.. Its been so cold here the past few days..BRRRR..

They keep saying were going to get snow.. But nope.. This has been the driest winter Ive ever seen.. I'm afraid its going to make for a very dry summer..

And a lack of water for a farmers and our yards.

I'm here today with my first card for 2012..

It is for Scrappy Chicks Sketch Challenge.. I was so excited to see that I won last weeks Challenge..It was a awesome Cherry Lynn die.. WOOHOO!! I have been eyeballing this die for a while now, but just hadn't had the $$ to buy anything lately.. So you can see why I was so excited.

Isn't it awesome!!! Cant wait to get it and have a play with it..OK so on to this weeks sketch.

A Kiss cuz I love you..

Yesterday I went and worked at the food bank, I always go once a month and volunteer.. Its so sad to see each month we are getting more and more people coming ..

Many that have lost their jobs.. From all walks of life..I always pray for them.

I do hope that things will soon turn around, and that they can all prosper again..

This is a Saturated Canary image,Ya know I absolutely love all of Krista's images but there is just something about this one that touches me.. I think its cuz it reminds me of my little grand daughter that was killed many years ago in a car accident. There is not a day goes by I don't think of her..

She was 5 yr. old when she returner to our Heavenly Father.. She would be 18 yr. old now..

Today's Prize is another non digi released digi... Evil Queen Rio from the Teen Scene Halloween line! YEEEHAW! I know many, many of you bought these awesome stamps, as they were never available in digi form, and let me assure you that they will continue not to be available in digi form unless you win them. Stepping Down

Hello again everyone.. Well I hope your all enjoying this beautiful Monday morning.. I wanted to pop back in, and fill you all in with some decisions that I have made.. After much thought and talking it over with hubby.. I have decided to Step Down from most of my DT commitments. My health has not been that great since I had my heart attack a yr. and a half ago.. And I think its time for me to start taking better care of ME.. I also feel the need to spend more time with my family and friends.. So I will be saying Far well to;

I will be staying on at The Paper Shelter.. And I Will still be doing cards, but just for the fun of it. I’m also hoping that this will give me more time to hop around and visit my followers and leave them some love.. Well thanks you all for understanding..

Day 1 of the 12 Days of Halloween

Welcome to the Simply Betty Stamps second annual 12 days of Halloween! If you all joined us last year, welcome back! If you are new, hang on to your coloring media it's going to be a bumpy Broom stick ride!

Let me explain the game... unlike last year where you had two or three days to complete your projects, this time around you have until the 30th of October to upload all your projects for all the 12 days. Of course each day will have it's own linky, but you must upload your projects accordingly. Each project must be a new project. On the 30th, all links will close, the winners will be announced on Nov. 5th. There will be several winners, but one person that enters ALL 12 days and is best of the best will be chosen to be a part of our DT for 2012!

For today you must create anything; card, scrap page lay out, altered item.. ANYTHING using an owl and creepy tree in your project. Pretty simple right?

You have until 10pm PST on the 30th October to upload your project and be considered for the prize.

The prize for today is Miller Igor from the Teen Scene Halloween in... DIGI form! That's right you heard me right DIGI form for one lucky winner! The Teen Scene Halloween line has never been available in digi form, nor will they ever be in the future, so you may want

to play along on for this one!

So get going on that Owl in a Rotted Oak tree project!

Saturated Canary Challenge #2

Good evening everyone, WOW!! Did this weekend every go by fast.. It was such an

awesome one that I didn't want to see it end.. My Daughter her son and My Son and his two girls and grandson all came to visit..The only thing that would have been better is if all the kids,

and their family's could have been here.. I'm really hoping that they will all make it next month for Thanks Giving..After all there's nothing better than spending time with family..
